Which size yoga block should i choose?
They are all 9 inches tall, 6 inches long, one of them is 3 inches wide, the other is 4 inches wide. We’re going to talk about flexibility, stability and which yoga poses you want to be using your yoga block in.
So for first one, flexibility. If you just need a little bit of help in your flexibility you might want to think about buying the three inch yoga block.
